Biography
Gwendolyn Logan (born Gwendolen Beatrice Nora Logan) was a British-born American actress and screenwriter. She was born on 30 December 1881 in Bellary, British India, and died on 26 October 1967 in Los Angeles, California.
Logan co-wrote the 1916 British film East Is East and the 1920 American film A Tokyo Siren. Her acting career included supporting and uncredited roles in Hollywood productions from the late 1920s onwards, such as the Duchess of Glastonbury in Disraeli (1929), Mrs. Fenwick in Once a Lady (1931), Mrs. Stubbs in Pride and Prejudice (1940), and Mrs. Courtland in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1941).
She was married twice: first to screenwriter Philip Hubbard, from whom she was divorced in 1921, and then in 1924 to writer Conrad Seiler.
