Biography
Hadewych Minis is a Dutch actress and singer. Born in Maastricht in 1977, she graduated from the Maastricht Theatre Academy in 1999. She began her career in theatre, joining Johan Simons’ Hollandia company and later becoming a member of Toneelgroep Amsterdam under Ivo van Hove from 2005 to 2012, appearing in productions including Angels in America and Scenes from a Marriage.
Minis turned her focus to film and television from 2013. She is known for her roles in Borgman (2013) as Marina, Loft (2010), Toni Erdmann (2016) as Tatjana, and Bloed, zweet & tranen (2015). She won the Golden Calf for Best Actress for Borgman and received a further Golden Calf for Bloed, zweet & tranen. She has also appeared in series such as Van der Valk (2020) and Tokyo Trial (2016).
