Biography
Hank Levine is a German film producer. Born Hans-Werner Maria Stumpf on 29 June 1965 in Bonn, he founded the production company Hank Levine Film GmbH in 1995. He lived in Brazil from 2000 to 2012 and worked with O2 Filmes on international projects.
Levine served as co-producer on the feature City of God (2002), directed by Fernando Meirelles and Kátia Lund. His other production credits include the documentaries Waste Land (2010) and the feature Futuro Beach (2014). He has also directed several documentaries, among them War Zone (1998) and Abandonados (2011).
