Biography
Happy Massee is a production designer. His film credits include Two Lovers (2008), Welcome to the Rileys (2010), LOL (2012), Movie 43 (2013), The Immigrant (2013), Cymbeline (2014), American Woman (2018), Palmer (2021), Armageddon Time (2022) and Eleanor the Great (2025).
American-born, Massee grew up in France and received an MFA from the School of Applied Arts in Paris before moving to New York. His work spans films, theatre, commercials and fashion, with collaborations including directors James Gray, Zoe Cassavetes and Jake Scott.
