Biography
Hayley Catherine Rose Vivien Mills is an English actress. Born on 18 April 1946 in Marylebone, London, she is the daughter of actor Sir John Mills and writer Mary Hayley Bell, and the younger sister of actress Juliet Mills.
Mills began her career as a child, appearing opposite her father in the 1959 film Tiger Bay, for which she won the BAFTA Award for Most Promising Newcomer. She gained international recognition with Disney films including Pollyanna (1960), for which she received the Academy Juvenile Award, and The Parent Trap (1961), in which she played twins. She also appeared in Whistle Down the Wind (1961).
Her later credits include television series such as Murder, She Wrote, Midsomer Murders and Death in Paradise, and the 2024 film Trap, in which she plays Dr. Josephine Grant.
