Biography
Helen Kingston is a British screenwriter working in film and television in London and Los Angeles.
She wrote episodes of the Amazon Prime Video miniseries The Girlfriend (2025). Her other television credits include an episode of The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself (2022).
Her original feature The Flood (2019), starring Lena Headey and Iain Glen, was released in UK cinemas by Curzon. The screenplay was long-listed for a BIFA Best Debut Screenplay award. Kingston holds a first-class degree in English and Related Literature from the University of York and an MFA in Screenwriting.
