Biography
Helen Thomson is an Australian actress. She grew up on a farm in central Queensland and studied drama at the University of Southern Queensland. Her career began in the early 1990s with stage work and appearances in Australian television series including Blue Heelers and A Country Practice.
Thomson has extensive stage credits with the Sydney Theatre Company and Melbourne Theatre Company. On screen, she is known for roles in the films Gettin' Square (2003), La Spagnola (2001) and A Man's Gotta Do (2004), as well as the television series Colin from Accounts (2022–) as Lynelle. She portrayed Gladys Presley in the biographical film Elvis (2022).
She has frequently collaborated on stage and screen with her husband, the actor David Roberts, to whom she has been married since 2000.
