Biography
Hélène Plemiannikov was a French film editor. She was born on 4 January 1929 in Paris and died there on 11 January 2022.
She edited several films directed by Luis Buñuel, including The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie (1972), The Phantom of Liberty (1974) and That Obscure Object of Desire (1977). Other credits include Farewell, Friend (1968), The Burned Barns (1973), Shock Treatment (1973) and L'Hôtel de la plage (1978). She was the sister of film director Roger Vadim.
