Biography
Hidekazu Hara, also credited as 原 英和, is a Japanese anime director and episode director. He began working in the industry in production roles in the early 2010s before taking on directing duties.
Hara has directed episodes of series including March Comes in Like a Lion (2016), The Promised Neverland (2019), Dorohedoro (2020), SPY x FAMILY (2022) and Attack on Titan (2022). He has also worked as a unit director on films such as Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative (2018) and Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway (2021), and contributed storyboards to multiple projects.
