Biography
Hikaru Ijūin is a Japanese actor, comedian and radio personality. Born on 7 November 1967 in Nishiogu, Arakawa, Tokyo, he is also credited as Ken Shinooka. He trained as a rakugo performer and is affiliated with Horipro.
He is known for voice work as Minister of the Right Abe in The Tale of The Princess Kaguya (2013), and for live-action roles including a policeman in Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris (1999) and the store manager in It Comes (2018). His wife is former talent Mika Shinooka.
