Biography
Howard Ellis is a British film and television producer. He has worked extensively in production roles, often handling Hungarian or Budapest-based elements of international productions.
His credits include producer on Dune: Part One (2021), Black Widow (2021), Borderlands (2024), Alien: Romulus (2024) and Dune: Part Two (2024), as well as The Martian (2015), The Last Kingdom (2015), The Pillars of the Earth (2010) and Robin Hood (2018). He served as co-producer on the 2025 television miniseries Amadeus.
Ellis has received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations.
