Biography
Hsu Feng is a Taiwanese actress and film producer, also credited as Feng Hsu. She began her career in the late 1960s with a small role in King Hu's Dragon Inn (1967) and went on to star in several of his wuxia films, including A Touch of Zen (1971) as Yang Hui-zhen, The Fate of Lee Khan (1973), Raining in the Mountain (1979) as White Fox and Legend of the Mountain (1979) as Melody.
She retired from acting in 1981 and later established the production company Tomson Films. As a producer she worked on films including Red Dust (1990), for which she received a Golden Horse Award, Chen Kaige's Farewell My Concubine (1993), which won the Palme d'Or, and Temptress Moon (1996).
