Biography
Huang Baorong, also credited as Bao-Rong Huang or Huang Bao-Rong, is a Chinese costume designer and production designer. He has worked extensively in costume and wardrobe departments since the early 1990s.
His credits include wardrobe master on Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000), wardrobe supervisor on House of Flying Daggers (2004) and Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan (2007), and costume supervisor on Under the Hawthorn Tree (2010). He served as production designer on Creation of the Gods I: Kingdom of Storms (2023).
Huang received Golden Horse Awards for best costumes for The Phantom Lover (1995) and Temptress Moon (1996).
