Biography
Hugh Ragett is a British director, editor and producer. He was born on 16 April 1937 in London.
He directed three episodes of the documentary series The World at War (1973–1974) and also served as producer on two further episodes. His other directing credits include the short films Breakthrough (1966) and Images (1970), the television film A New Germany, 1933–1939 (1980), and episodes of series such as Time to Talk (1992) and When to Worry (1987). As an editor he worked on feature films including The Charge of the Light Brigade (1968) and numerous shorts and documentaries.
Ragett was assistant commissioning editor at Channel 4 in London from 1983 to 1985.
