Biography
Ian Sutherland (born 9 July 1957) is a British television editor. He has worked on numerous drama series, including episodes of Spooks (also known as MI-5), Trial & Retribution, Silent Witness, Above Suspicion and Critical.
Sutherland was one of the first editors in Britain to use non-linear editing systems on drama productions. He has lectured on editing at the National Film and Television School and other institutions.
