Biography
Ibrahim Ahmed, also credited as Ibrahim Ahmed dit Pino and known by the artist name Pino Desperado, is a French actor and musician of Malian origin. He is the bassist in the Tuareg band Terakaft, founded in 2001 in Kidal, Mali.
Ahmed is best known for his leading role as Kidane in Abderrahmane Sissako's Timbuktu (2014). He has also appeared as Marin in Diving (2017) and as Mukundzi in The Mercy of the Jungle (2018), and features in the short film Khufu (2026). He has received one award and one nomination.
