Biography
Ilan Goodman is an English actor and audio producer. He studied experimental psychology and philosophy at the University of Oxford, trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, graduating in 2007, and later completed an MSc at University College London. He is the son of actor Henry Goodman.
Goodman appeared in British theatre, including the UK premieres of Red Light Winter, Intimate Apparel and Bad Jews. His screen credits include the films Diana (2013), A Long Way Down (2014), The Imitation Game (2014) as Keith Furman, Stratton (2017) and The Foreigner (2017), and television roles in Call the Midwife (2014) and Holby City (2015).
He has since worked as a radio and podcast producer, including BBC Radio 4 series, and hosts the podcast NOUS. In 2023 he received a Gold Award at the AAAS Kavli Science Journalism Awards for audio work on eugenics.
