Biography
Ilea Alfaro, also credited as Ilea Matthews, is an American actress, writer and producer. She was born in Fremont, California, and spent part of her early childhood in Japan. She studied at San Francisco State University and earned a bachelor's degree in theatre from California State University Sacramento. Before focusing on film and television she worked as a professional photographer.
Alfaro has appeared in television series including Grey's Anatomy (2005) as Noel, Better Things (2016) as Actress, The Flight Attendant (2020) and Grotesquerie (2024) as an EMT. Film credits include The Violent Kind (2010), which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, Ashley (2013) and Babysplitters (2019). She is also a stand-up comedian who has performed at clubs such as the Laugh Factory and the Comedy Store, and starred in the web series Kiss Her I'm Famous (2013–2014).
