Biography
Ira Sherak is an American animation director and former storyboard artist. He began his career in the 1990s working in art and animation departments on series including The Simpsons, Rugrats and Duckman.
Sherak has directed episodes of several animated series, including Brickleberry (2013–2015), Disenchantment (2018–2023) and Futurama (2023–2026). He also served as retake director and assistant director on Futurama. In 2011 he received a Primetime Emmy Award as assistant director for the Futurama episode "The Late Philip J. Fry".
