Biography
Isaac Oliver is an American writer, playwright and performer. He studied playwriting at Sarah Lawrence College and graduated from the Carver Center for Arts and Technology and Fordham College at Lincoln Center. He was a 2013 MacDowell Colony fellow.
Oliver has written for the television series High Maintenance (2018–2020), where he served as story editor and received a Writers Guild of America nomination for episodic comedy; GLOW (2019), as writer and story editor; and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2023), as writer and producer. He is also the author of the 2015 humour collection Intimacy Idiot and has contributed to The New York Times. He co-wrote the book for the Broadway musical Just in Time.
