Biography
Isabella Star LaBlanc is an American actress and writer. Born on 2 January 1997 in St. Paul, Minnesota, she is a citizen of the Sisseton Wahpeton Dakota tribal nation. She began acting at the age of eight at the SteppingStone Theatre and appeared in several Minnesota stage productions, including The Wolves at the Jungle Theater.
In 2021 LaBlanc received a Princess Grace Award. Her screen credits include the role of Leah Danvers in the fourth season of True Detective (2024), Elfrina in Long Slow Exhale (2022) and Donna in Pet Sematary: Bloodlines (2023). She has also appeared in Dexter: Resurrection (2025).
LaBlanc has returned to the stage, including a 2026 production of Little Women at the Guthrie Theater.
