Biography
Isabella Summers (also credited as Isabella Janet Florentina Summers and Isa Machine or The Machine) is an English composer, songwriter, musician and producer. She is a founding member of the indie rock band Florence + the Machine.
Summers began scoring for film and television after contributing music to Assassination Nation (2018). She received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for her work on the series Little Fires Everywhere (2020). Her other credits include the films Lady Chatterley's Lover (2022), Lisa Frankenstein (2024) and My Oxford Year (2025), and the series KAOS (2024), Physical and The Offer (2022).
She composed the score for the film The Magic Faraway Tree (2026) and the series Lucky (2026).
