Biography
Iya Labunka is a film producer and production manager, also credited as Irene Labunka. She began her career in the early 1980s with roles including production assistant and production coordinator on films such as Repo Man (1984) and Invaders from Mars (1986). She advanced to production manager and associate producer credits on Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986), Stand and Deliver (1988) and Heathers (1989).
Labunka produced My Soul to Take (2010) and Scream 4 (2011). She has additional credits as line producer, co-producer and unit production manager on titles including Bad Influence (1990), Meet the Applegates (1990) and The New Age (1994).
She was married to director Wes Craven from 2004 until his death in 2015.
