Biography
Izabela Dąbrowska is a Polish film, television and stage actress and comedian. Born in Białystok in 1966, she graduated from the Puppetry Department of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw.
She began her career as a puppeteer before moving into stage acting in the early 1990s, appearing at theatres including Miniatura in Gdańsk and several Warsaw venues. Dąbrowska is known for film roles including the waitress in Ida (2013), as well as parts in Mall Girls (2009), Afterimage (2016) and I'm a Killer (2016). On television she has appeared in series such as Blondynka (2010–2021) and The Chairman's Ear (2017–2019).
She has also performed in cabaret and received an acting distinction at the Kalisz Theatrical Meetings in 2011.
