Biography
J. Holtham is a writer for television, theatre and comics. He has written episodes of The Handmaid's Tale (2017) and served as co-executive producer on its final two seasons. His other television credits include Supergirl (2015), Marvel's Jessica Jones (2015), Marvel's Cloak & Dagger (2018) and Pitch (2016).
Holtham began his career as a playwright after studying at the State University of New York at New Paltz. He has written nearly twenty full-length plays and received commissions and grants from Second Stage Theatre and Theatre Communications Group. He moved to Los Angeles in 2012 to pursue screenwriting and won a Humanitas New Voices Fellowship in 2016. He has also written comic books for Marvel and other publishers.
