Biography
Jackie Swanson is an American actress. She was born on 25 June 1963 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and attended Northern Michigan University before leaving to pursue an acting career.
Swanson made her feature film debut as Amanda Hunsaker in Lethal Weapon (1987). She performed her own stunt in the opening scene. She is also known for her recurring role as Kelly Gaines on the sitcom Cheers from 1989 to 1993.
Her other credits include appearances in Less Than Zero (1987), Oblivion (1994) and Charlie Wilson's War (2007), as well as guest roles in series such as The Golden Girls and Cold Case.
