Biography
Jacky Ido is a Burkinabe-French actor. He was born on 14 May 1977 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso (then Upper Volta). His first film role was as Lemalian in the 2005 German production The White Masai.
Ido is best known to English-language audiences for playing Marcel, the projectionist, in Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds (2009). He has appeared in films including Lockout (2012) and Radiostars (2012), and in television series such as Taxi Brooklyn (2014) as Léo Romba and The Catch (2016) as Jules Dao. He is the brother of actor and director Cédric Ido.
