Biography
Jacob Artist is an American actor, singer and dancer. He was born on 17 October 1992 in Buffalo, New York, and grew up in Williamsville, New York. After graduating early from Williamsville South High School, he was accepted into the Juilliard School for dance but declined the offer to pursue an acting career, moving to Los Angeles.
Artist is best known for his role as Jake Puckerman on the Fox series Glee (2012–2015) and as Brandon Fletcher on the ABC series Quantico (2015–2016). His other television and film credits include Blue Lagoon: The Awakening (2012), American Horror Story (2016) and Now Apocalypse (2019).
