Biography
Jacob Hair is an animation director. He joined the team for Rick and Morty in season 4 (2019) and has directed multiple episodes; he serves as supervising director and is attached to direct an upcoming feature film.
His other credits include directing episodes of Bordertown (2016), American Dad!, Family Guy, King of the Hill and Milo Murphy's Law, and serving as assistant director on Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe (2020). He won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program for the Rick and Morty episode "The Vat of Acid Episode" (2020) and has received further nominations for the series.
Hair studied Sequential Art at the Savannah College of Art and Design before moving to Los Angeles in 2001.
