Biography
James Anthony Pearson is a British actor. He is best known for his role as Bernard Sumner in Anton Corbijn's 2007 film Control.
His other screen credits include the lead role of Simon in the BBC series Jeopardy (2002–2005), Sean Macdonald in the 2008 film New Town Killers, and Ed MacKenzie in the BBC Three drama Lip Service (2010). He has also appeared in Monarch of the Glen, Kidnapped (2005), Vera, Annika (2021) and various other television series. Pearson lives in Glasgow and has worked in theatre and radio.
