Biography
James Clarke is a British cinematographer. He has worked extensively with director Michael Winterbottom, serving as camera operator on the first series of The Trip (2010) and as director of photography on The Trip to Italy (2014), The Trip to Spain (2017) and The Trip to Greece (2020).
Clarke has been director of photography on more than 200 episodes of The Apprentice UK since 2005. His other credits include This England (2022), Everyday (2012), Greed (2019) and Isolation (2021). He has received three BAFTA nominations.
