Biography
James Duff McAdams was an American television producer and writer. He worked on series including The Virginian (1965–1970), where he served as producer on 46 episodes and contributed stories, and Kojak (1973–1978), where he was producer on 117 episodes and wrote stories for two episodes.
McAdams also produced The Eddie Capra Mysteries (1978) and The Equalizer (1985–1989). He acted as executive producer on several Kojak television films made between 1985 and 1990. He received two Primetime Emmy nominations. McAdams was born on 11 March 1937 in Los Angeles, California, and died on 8 September 2007 in Cathedral City, California.
