Biography
James Francis Kelly III is an American actor born on 1 August 1989 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He began acting at a young age and trained at the Lee Strasberg Institute.
His feature film debut was as Steps in Rocky Balboa (2006). He later appeared as the Lab Van Driver in The Next Three Days (2010) and as Officer Bryce in Circle (2010). Television credits include roles in 7th Heaven and Profiler.
