Biography
James Marcus (born Brian Terence James) was a British actor. He was born on 23 June 1942 in Romford, Essex, and died on 4 May 2020 in Lambeth, London.
He is best known for playing Georgie, one of the droogs, in Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange (1971). His television roles include appearances in UFO (1970), Doctor Who (1963), Mind Your Language (1977) and The Professionals (1977). He played Station Officer Sidney Tate in the first three series of London's Burning (1988–1990). Marcus also wrote and directed the 1989 film Tank Malling.
