Biography
Jamie Howard is an actress. She played Mindy Welbrock, the stepsister of the central character, in Richard Linklater's Boyhood (2014).
Howard grew up as a childhood friend of Lorelei Linklater, who played Samantha in the film. With no formal acting training, she was invited to audition for the role and filmed her scenes over the summers of 2004, 2005 and 2006. At the time she was a student of electrical engineering at Drexel University. She later appeared in archive footage in the documentary Richard Linklater: Dream Is Destiny (2016).
