Biography
Jamie King is an American writer and producer working in film and television.
He wrote for all three seasons of the series Marvel's Jessica Jones (2015–2019), including the season one finale, and served as script coordinator on its first season. He wrote for the series Impulse (2019) and co-wrote the screenplay for the film Buddy (2026) with director Casper Kelly. Other credits include co-writing the hip-hop musical World's Best (2023). King studied theatre at New York University and earned an MFA in Writing and Producing for Television from Loyola Marymount University, where his thesis short was The Real Housewives of Shakespeare (2013). He is Emmy-nominated.
