Biography
Jane Brody, also credited as Jane Drake Brody, is an American actor. She has appeared in television series including as the Ethics Professor in Easy (2016) and as Mary Jo Miller in Somebody Somewhere (2022–2023).
Brody grew up between Atlanta, Georgia, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She began acting at the age of 14 and later worked extensively as a casting director, winning a CSA Artios Award for her work on the film Fargo (1996). She has also directed for the stage and taught acting at universities including DePaul University and Louisiana State University.
Her other screen credits include guest roles in Chicago Med (2018) and Chicago Fire (2020). She is married to Walter Leo Brody.
