Biography
Jason DeMarco is a producer and executive at Warner Bros. Animation. He is credited as producer on the animated film The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim (2024). He also works under the alias DJ Clarknova.
DeMarco graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a bachelor’s degree in film and video production in 1996. He began his career as a production assistant at TNT before moving to Cartoon Network, where he co-created the Toonami programming block with Sean Akins. He later held senior roles at Adult Swim, including as Senior Vice President of Anime and Action Series/Longform, overseeing development and production of numerous anime and animated projects.
His producing credits include FLCL (2000), IGPX: Immortal Grand Prix (2006), Blade Runner: Black Lotus (2021), Ninja Kamui (2024) and several Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths films (2024).
