Biography
Jason Hill is an American composer, record producer and multi-instrumentalist. He is the lead singer and guitarist of the band Louis XIV and has worked as a producer and collaborator with artists including David Bowie, Robbie Williams and members of The Killers.
Hill began scoring for film and television with director David Fincher. He contributed to the trailer for Gone Girl (2014) and composed the score for the Netflix series Mindhunter (2017–2019). His other credits include the Netflix documentary Fyre (2019), the mini-series The Confession Killer (2019) and This Is a Robbery: The World's Biggest Art Heist (2021), the anthology series Love, Death & Robots (2019–2022), Extrapolations (2023) and Dark Matter (2024). He received a BMI Composer Award for his work on Mindhunter.
