Biography
Jason Tobin is a Hong Kong-British actor. He is known for playing Young Jun in the series Warrior (2019–2023) and Mr Lao in A Thousand Blows (2025).
Tobin was born in Hong Kong and attended King George V School in Kowloon. He is of mixed English and Chinese parentage and attended boarding schools in the UK. After secondary school he moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting.
His film credits include Better Luck Tomorrow (2002), The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006), F9 (2021) and Ballad of a Small Player (2025). He received a Best Actor award at the 2013 Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival for his performance in Chink (also known as #1 Serial Killer). He has also won awards for his work in Jasmine (2015).
