Biography
Jason William Scheier is a production designer and visual development artist. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Animation from the Art Institute of California and has worked at DreamWorks Animation, Warner Bros. and Walt Disney Imagineering. He has also taught at the Art Center College of Design.
Scheier contributed visual development to DreamWorks films including Megamind (2010), The Croods (2013), Home (2015) and Smallfoot (2018), and to the series Dragons: Race to the Edge (2015). He served as production designer on the Netflix series Blue Eye Samurai (2023) and the animated feature Transformers One (2024). Upcoming credits include Darkmouth and The Haunting of Hotel Transylvania (2027).
