Biography
Jean Higgins is an American television and film producer. She began her career working on feature films as a line producer and associate producer, with early credits including Movers & Shakers (1985) and Arlington Road (1999).
She served as line producer on the first season of CSI: Miami (2002). Higgins joined the crew of Lost (2004) as co-producer on the pilot episode. She progressed through roles including line producer and co-executive producer before becoming executive producer for the sixth and final season. She and the producing team won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series in 2005 and a Producers Guild of America Award for their work on the first season.
Later credits include producer on Last Resort (2012).
