Biography
Jean-Marc Roulot is a French actor and winemaker. He was born in Beaune, Côte-d'Or, in December 1955. He trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris and holds a diploma in oenology from the University of Burgundy.
Roulot has appeared in films including You Will Be My Son (2011), Haute Cuisine (2012), Diplomacy (2014) and Back to Burgundy (2017), the last of which he also co-wrote. He is known for the role of Augustin in The Taste of Things (2023). He has also worked in television, including episodes of Call My Agent!. Since 1989 he has run the family wine domaine in Meursault.
