Biography
Jeff Freeman is an American film and television editor. He studied film editing at UCLA in the 1970s and began his career as an assistant editor on features including Silkwood (1983) and Terms of Endearment (1983). His first feature editing credit was The Dirt Bike Kid (1985).
Freeman has edited numerous comedies and other features, including The Craft (1996), Cruel Intentions (1999), Just Friends (2005), Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay (2008), Paul Blart: Mall Cop (2009), Ted (2012), A Million Ways to Die in the West (2014), Ted 2 (2015) and Uncle Drew (2018). His television credits include four episodes of Castle (2009–2010) and the television film Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (2005). He is a member of the American Cinema Editors and received Eddie Award nominations for Ted and Reefer Madness.
