Jeff Kober is an American actor. Born on 18 December 1953 in Billings, Montana, he moved to the Los Angeles area in his twenties and studied acting with Ed Kaye-Martin.

He is known for television roles including Dodger in China Beach (1988–1991), Jacob Hale Jr. in Sons of Anarchy (2008–2013), Joe in the fourth season of The Walking Dead (2010), and Cyrus Renault in General Hospital (2020–2021), for which he received a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2022. Film credits include LT Cook in Sully (2016) and Mr. Walters in Leave No Trace (2018).
