Biography
Jennifer Howell is a Canadian voice actress and television producer. She is the voice of Bebe Stevens on the animated series South Park (1997–) and in the 1999 film South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut. She also voiced additional characters in the 2024 special South Park: The End of Obesity and served as supervising producer on the series from the late 1990s to the mid-2000s.
Howell was executive vice president of Matt Stone and Trey Parker's production company Important Films from 2005 to 2008. She later became senior vice president of 20th Century Fox Television's animation department. She has received one Primetime Emmy Award.
