Biography
Jennifer Nettles is an American singer, songwriter and actress. Born on 12 September 1974 in Douglas, Georgia, she is best known as the lead vocalist of the country music duo Sugarland.
Nettles has appeared in several films and television series. Her acting credits include the role of Miranda West in The Exorcist: Believer (2023), Eliza Brodess in Harriet (2019), Aimee-Leigh Gemstone in the series The Righteous Gemstones (2019–), and Avie Lee Parton in the television film Dolly Parton's Coat of Many Colors (2015). She has also performed on Broadway, including as Roxie Hart in Chicago and Jenna in Waitress.
