Biography
Jeong In-ji is a South Korean actress. She was born on 12 June 1984 in Busan and graduated from Kyung Hee University with a degree in theatre and film. She began her career with a guest role in the television series School 4 (2001) and appeared in the film My Tutor Friend (2003) as Hee-jeong. Prior to wider recognition, she worked primarily in Korean theatre and musicals, including productions such as Islander, Marie Curie and Me, Natasha, And A White Donkey.
She is known for her role as Yangjin, the mother of the central character Sunja, in the Apple TV+ series Pachinko (2022–2024). Other credits include Yoon A-young in the miniseries Fanletter, Please (2022) and a supporting role in The Manipulated (2025). She was part of the ensemble cast of Pachinko that received the Best Ensemble Cast award at the 2023 Film Independent Spirit Awards.
