Biography
Jérôme Rebotier is a French composer and multi-instrumentalist. He studied classical music as a child in Mulhouse and has composed scores for around thirty feature films as well as numerous documentaries and short films.
His film credits include Laissons Lucie faire! (2000), Le Prénom (2012), Papa ou maman (2015), Le meilleur reste à venir (2019) and Le Comte de Monte-Cristo (2024), several of them directed by Matthieu Delaporte and Alexandre de La Patellière. He has also written songs for artists including Olivia Ruiz and Horace Andy, and founded the independent label Robotic Productions in 2020.
In 2025 he received the third Prix des auditeurs France Musique-Sacem for his score to Le Comte de Monte-Cristo.
