Biography
Jerome T. Gollard was an American writer. Born on 14 June 1914 in Brooklyn, New York, he began his career writing for radio programmes including The Shadow and Duffy's Tavern, and contributed material for performers such as Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope and Red Skelton.
He moved into film and television, providing the original screenplay for Inner Sanctum (1948, credited as Jerome Todd Gollard) and a story for Jinx Money (1948). His television credits include an episode of The Fugitive (1967, story and teleplay as J.T. Gollard) and work on series such as Checkmate, 77 Sunset Strip and Hawaiian Eye.
Gollard published the mystery novel The Seventh Chasm in 1953. He was a member of the Writers Guild of America West for sixty years and died on 8 October 2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
